Are you a procrastinator?
Are you so busy with work, life and looking after everyone else first that you never make time for yourself, and so in the process you run yourself into the ground?
In this 1.5 hours session, will take you through several steps that include:
Making time to take a step back in order for you to review your situation and to help you see the wood for the trees. Next, we are going to give you some space and teach you some exercises to help you breathe and calm your mind. Finally, we will create a wellbeing plan that you can take away to help you manage your various wellbeing activities.
This session includes access to a member’s section of the website with some specialist resources.
