1-2-1 ‘The Juggler’ Session

Do you find you are the kind of person that is always juggling different priorities?

You might run your own business and need to balance business with personal priorities, or it might be a battle between you as the boss and your company’s needs, and what your staff and you need as a private person.

Whatever the challenge, in one hour, we shall organise a wellbeing plan specifically for your situation.  You leave with an action plan that lists where your focus needs to be, but whatever it is, we will always include a balanced approach looking at all areas of wellbeing – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

This session includes access to a member’s section of the website with some specialist resources.
