Weight loss is about much more than exercise and diet.  It starts with your attitude and emotions and, more often than not, there are subconscious blocks and barriers that we don’t even realise we are carrying.

I can lead you through a comprehensive programme that looks at diet, exercise and – very importantly – mindset. I can whole-heartedly recommend the effectiveness of this mindful weightloss programme as it is currently helping me to shift not just the Pounds, but my whole view of exercise, food and my own body.
